Website Pricing
Online prices, offers and selection may vary from our retail stores and
are subject to change. Motor Music reserve the right to change pricing at
any time. Offers apply only to stock on hand. Special order parts, or
equipment requires a 50% deposit. All California residents pay applicable
sales tax, shipping and handling, and any applicable fees. All sales are
final. In the event that a product is eligible for a return, customer will
be issued store credit only. All returned merchandise will be subjected to
a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from store credit. Motor Music
reserve the right to accept only certain payment methods.
Motor
Music and Manufacture Warranties
All
products and merchandise carry a Manufacture Warranty specified by the
enclosed documents supplied by the Manufacture. In the event that the
product is defective, Motor Music reserve the right to replace the product
with another example of said product, or another product of similar value.
Motor Music only offers a lifetime warranty against defective wiring.
Motor Music reserve the right to deny Warranty coverage based on
negligence, abuse, or fraudulent claims.
In-Store
Sales and Pricing
Prices for alarm systems may not include installation charges
unless specified. All sales are subjected to an evaluation before work is
performed. Motor Music reserve the right to add installation charges
should it be not included in the final price quote. All pricing and
invoices shall be reviewed with both the customer and sales associated
prior to performing any work. A verbal agreement is binding and acceptable
means of confirming work required.
All sales are final. In the event that a product is eligible for a return,
customer will be issued in-store credit only. All returned merchandise

Promotional Codes
Customers
are required to make known any promotional codes before final price quote
is given. Motor Music reserve the right to refuse promotional codes in the
event that Promo Code guidelines are not followed. Motor Music reserve the
right to deny usage of codes for any reason. Promotional Codes have no
cash value and can not be combined with any other offer unless specified
before hand. All Codes are good for one month from the date of issurance,
unless specified. Special Promotional Codes are regulated by given Terms
and Conditions pertaining to those Codes only. Customers are responsible
to read all fine print before using any Promotional Codes.
Fees and
Surcharges
Motor Music reserve the right to charge a fee for the following conditions
if applicable:

sanitation fee in the event said vehicle is not sanitary enough to be
worked on.

destination and mobile diagnostic flat rate fee for any mobile work
needed.

20%
restocking fee charged to all products eligible for returns. (defective
products not subjected to this fee)

All
mail order, or online sales subjected to a shipping and handling fee
unless specified in promotional ad.

diagnostic fee for any diagnostic, or testing work performed on vehicles
not covered by the Motor Music Lifetime Wiring Warranty. In the event said
vehicle should require more work, Motor Music reserve the right to credit
the diagnostic charge toward the total price.
